Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Noviro account at any time directly from within the app.

1. Open the Noviro app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation prompts.

When you delete your account:

• Your account enters a 30-day recovery period.
• During this time, your account may be recoverable if you sign back in or contact support.
• After the 30-day recovery period expires, your account and associated personal data are permanently deleted, except where retention is required by law.

Deleted information may include:

• Your profile
• Goals
• Journal and Free Write entries
• Gratitude entries
• Daily check-ins
• Reflections
• Coaching conversations with Atlas
• Practices and other personal content stored within Noviro
