Welcome to Noviro.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Noviro mobile application, website, and related services operated by Apex Web Solutions (“Noviro”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By creating an account or using Noviro, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum digital age required in your country, to use Noviro.

By using the service, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

Noviro is designed to support personal growth, reflection, and coaching.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Noviro or its systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Upload malicious software or harmful content.
• Misuse or abuse Atlas or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching responses.

AI responses are provided for informational and personal development purposes only.

Atlas is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, lawyer, financial advisor, or other professional advisor.

You should not rely on AI responses as a substitute for professional advice.

You retain ownership of the content you create within Noviro, including journals, reflections, conversations, goals, and other entries.

By using Noviro, you grant us permission to store, process, and display your content as necessary to operate the service.

Certain features may require a paid subscription.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Subscription renewals, cancellations, refunds, and billing are governed by the policies of the platform through which you subscribed.

We strive to keep Noviro available at all times.

However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex Web Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Noviro.

Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Noviro is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• the service will always be available,
• AI responses will always be accurate,
• the service will be error-free,
• using Noviro will produce any particular outcome or result.

We may modify these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Noviro after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Alberta, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Your use of Noviro is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
