Atlas uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching responses.

To provide these responses, information you choose to share during conversations may be securely processed by trusted AI service providers.

AI-generated responses are intended for informational and personal development purposes only and may occasionally be inaccurate.

Atlas is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

Your information is stored securely using trusted cloud infrastructure.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your data. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share limited information only with trusted service providers that help us operate Noviro, including:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics providers
• AI providers used to generate Atlas responses
• Payment providers such as Apple and Google for subscription processing

These providers only receive information necessary to perform their services.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

We do not receive or store your payment card information.

Billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by the platform through which you purchased your subscription.

If you enable notifications, Noviro may send reminders, coaching notifications, and other app-related messages.

Notifications can be disabled at any time through your device settings.

You may request deletion of your Noviro account at any time.

After an account is deleted, it enters a 30-day recovery period. During this period, your account may be recoverable.

After the recovery period expires, your personal data is permanently deleted unless we are required to retain certain information for legal or security purposes.

Noviro is not intended for children under the age of 13, or the minimum digital consent age required in your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
